Jay Stokes has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa, He is certified by the IICRC as a Master Cleaning and Master Restoration Technician after acquiring certifications in Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration. Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair & Re-installation. Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Odor Removal and Health & Safety. He has received special training in areas of disaster restoration, advanced drying techniques, mold damage remediation, biohazard remediation, and Oriental rug cleaning.
Tammy Stokes has a BS in Accounting from Oral Roberts University and has obtained her CPA. She oversees all company accounting practices, prepares budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions. Tammy directs financial strategy, planning and forecasts. Tammy is the business manager overseeing the administration. marketing, and human resource functions of the company. She is certified by the IICRC in Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Water Damage Restoration, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, and Carpet Cleaning, and is designated as a Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer and Journeyman Textile Cleaner.
Kristen Peters is the Operations Manager at ODR, overseeing our emergency services, reconstruction, and contents divisions. A graduate of Oklahoma State University she got her start in the hospitality industry but soon realized her passion was helping people in emergency service type situations. Kristen’s many years of experience in large-loss restoration has given her an extensive background working with schools, hospitals, and churches. In addition to her experience and skillset, Kristen is also IICRC certified, proficient in Xactimate, and can prepare T&M estimates for large, commercial losses.
L.E. Shawver is the Construction Manager overseeing all reconstruction and remodel project within our company. He has 29 years experience in the building material and construction industry. L.E. has an extensive network of trade professionals that he has worked alongside for many years with great success in completing all projects before the forecast deadlines. Our reconstruction division specializes in taking over projects that other restoration companies fail to deliver. L.E. believes there is only one way to deliver the quality product the customer deserves – Choosing only the best and most reliable sub-contractors to assure the end product is the best it can be.
Christie Williams is the Contents Manager, she oversees job site contents packing, structural cleaning, contents cleaning, and inventory control. With over 13 years of experience in the restoration industry, Christie has cleaned thousands of contents and has packed up hundreds of homes. Along with her experience she is also certified by IICRC in Fire & Smoke Restoration, and in Odor Control. Christie has also been trained in Mohawk Wood Tough-up and Repair giving her the knowledge needed to repair and restore many tough challenges disasters throw her way.

Emelie oversees Oklahoma Disaster’s business development program for small to large commercial initiatives, the Zero Hour Emergency Response Plans, and agent relations. She is a graduate from Baker University with her Master’s of Business Administration, and her Bachelor’s from the University of Kansas. Emelie comes from the telecommunications and wireless industry to bring us her knowledge and insight on business to business relationship growth. After spending her time on the large corporate business scale Emelie made the transition to our ODR family owned and operated organization and enjoys the fulfillment of bringing hope and help to those who experience disasters, small and large.
