As an Emergency Mitigation Technician, you will be the first responder to providing disaster relief for the dwelling owner by securing the site, providing high level documentation, taking moisture readings, taking photos, and providing emergency management.

Building Our Bench

We need Emergency Mitigation Techs for our “bench.” These are folks who can handle after-hours and weekend call outs for Water, Fire, Smoke, Emergency Board-ups, Cleanings, and Light Construction.  We need to set up an on-call schedule so you can know when you are available.

    • $14 – $22 per hour, based on experience
    • Positions are seasonal but can turn into permanent full-time work for the right candidates.
    • Experience is a plus but we can train you.

Project Manager / Estimator Position

Position Summary / Purpose

Create high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of restoration services

Facilitate the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customer’s property to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs and downtime following property damage.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Exceed profitability targets on managed projects
  • Plan and execute projects to completion
  • Maintain efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork from the job site to administration
  • Coordinate resource planning of technicians, laborers and subcontractors with scheduler/production manager.  Maintain a written schedule for projects.
  • Maintain market leadership through continuous implementation of state-of-care technology as it pertains to the delivery of our services
  • Order materials required for projects and coordinate delivery to job site
  • Maintain effective communication daily with customers and all involved parties – including third-party owners, building engineers, property managers, tenants, etc.
  • Works with Estimator to review and oversee job estimates.

  • Entry level position pays $45k plus
  • Intermediate position $50k to $65k plus
  • Advanced/seasoned $65k and up plus

Contents Cleaner

As an Contents Cleaner, you will be a part of our Contents Division at Oklahoma Disaster Restoration. We are looking for skilled cleaners who will be responsible for; packing, storing, documentation, providing after hours services, and for emergencies.
